Superior fineness and low temperature

This machine can grind most all plant and animal materials to fineness of over 1000-meshes (see test-report of China Traditional Medical Science Academy, cite the source), and up to 10000-meshes for hard materials with a large specific gravity.

 

The temperature of powder produced with this machine, without a cooling system, under continuous running condition will not exceed a temperature of 45°C. For this reason, the costly and bulky coolingequipment is not needed for most of our customers. For those customers who have special temperature requirements, our machine can also be operated together with either air cooled or water cooled systems for exceptionally low-temperature needs.

Better material cleanness

The grinding rollers and grinding rings made of special super-hard stainless steel are adaptable for grinding of harder material with less wear. Also the special way of  force bearing guarantees that no obvious wear will be generated on these tools while grinding materials, which in turn ensures cleanness of material.

In addition, the inner walls of the grinding slots of HMB-series heavy-pressure pulverizer are all well polished thus to ensure the material cleanness still further.
